Telephone Banking Upgrade Details

We have upgraded our 24-hour telephone banking system. You will be required to re-establish your PIN the first time you login. Your temporary PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. You will then be prompted to establish a new PIN.  Don't worry, you may resume using your current PIN, no need to change it. 

Our new menu layout features the following enhancements:

  • Smart Menus: Menus are customized for each customer and will know which products you have
  • Loan Payments: You can now make loan payments from your bankESB Checking or Savings account
  • Spanish Speaking Prompts: Spanish has been added as an additional language option

New Main Menu layout:


1 – for English or 2 – for Spanish

  1. To access your account
    1. Account you signed in with
    2. A different Account
    3. Perform a transaction (Transfer or Loan Payment)
    4. Change your PIN

  2.  To hear current office hours

  3.  To hear current rate information

   9. To report a lost or stolen card

   0. To transfer your call to a Customer Service Representative

Transfer Option Location Change:


To access account transfers on the new 24-hour account access line:

  • Press 1 (Account Access Menu)
    • Enter Account Number
    • Enter PIN
  • Press 3 (Transaction Menu)
  • Press 1 (Transfer Option)
