Instructions on how to use the 24 Telephone Banking line:

  1. Have your account number(s) handy, which can be found on your bank statements, checks, passbooks or loan bills.
  2. Have your security PIN (Personal Identification Number) ready. You may choose any four numbers other than the last four digits of your social security number.
  3. FOR SECURITY REASONS, NEVER DISCLOSE YOUR PIN TO ANYONE WHETHER THEY ARE LISTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR NOT. If you forget your PIN, simply call 855-527-4111 and ask to speak to a Customer Service Representative for assistance.
