EASTHAMPTON, MASSACHUSETTS — bankESB was named one of Massachusetts’ top performing banks for both its customer service and trustworthiness, placing in the top 10 in both categories in the 2021 Banking Choice Awards.
The bank finished third in customer service and ninth in trustworthiness from among the more than 200 banks and credit unions whose Massachusetts customers participated in the survey. Rankings are based on interviews with thousands of independent consumers and businesses in a double-blind format to gain their unbiased opinions of banking institutions. The awards are presented annually by Banking Northeast Magazine and Rivel Banking Benchmarks, the largest and most comprehensive measure of banking customer experience in the world.
